I would like to make a few comments about the 2007 Annual Small Business Workshop you organized a couple of months ago.
First of all, the central idea to help small business owners pick and utilize their "Board of Directors" was right on target. As you are aware, small business owners just cannot be expert enough in all of the areas needed to make their business thrive. Your seminar provided them with a practical, hands on way to rely on others to help them in areas outside of their expertise.
Personally, I found the seminar to be of great value. Where else could you get the quality of the presenters for a very modest $75? I was very impressed, not only with the subject matter presented, but with the experience, credentials and depth of knowledge of the presenters. Having each of the sessions interactive with the audience helped make the topics even more relevant to the small business owner….everyday business problems were discussed.
What I enjoyed the most of the two days was the networking opportunities the seminal afforded. There was ample time to meet and talk with the presenters, as well as time to interact with the others in the audience. In fact, I’ve added several of the presenters to my company’s "Board of Directors".
Overall, Mac, it was a great way to spend a couple of days, and worth every penny of cost. I’m looking forward to next year’s seminar already!

The wealth of knowledge gained while attending the Spring Seminar has been very beneficial to the operation of my small business. The classroom environment made the question and answer segments very comfortable. I highly recomend F.Mac Bond's small business seminars. It was definitely money well spent.
